2. Age Requirements
Our app does not impose a specific age restriction. However, we recommend that users under 13 seek parental or guardian consent when using Plannify AI.

Plannify AI does not require users to create an account to access its features.

4. Subscription and Payment
Plannify AI offers two subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Access to create two goal and two habits. No access to AI chat and analytics.
- Lite Plan Monthly(month): Unlimited goal and habit creation.
- Pro Plan Monthly(month): Unlimited goal and habit creation with full access to AI chat and assistant analytics.Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not available.
- Lite Plan Yearly(year): Unlimited goal and habit creation.
- Pro Plan Yearly(year): Unlimited goal and habit creation with full access to AI chat and assistant analytics.Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not available.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are final. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions
Users agree to use Plannify AI in a lawful manner and not to engage in the following prohibited actions:
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the functionality or security of the app.
- Reusing, distributing, or replicating the content, design, or structure of the application without authorization.

7. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of any content they create within Plannify AI, such as goals or habits. However, by using the app, users grant Cognify Apps a license to utilize this content solely for functionality improvements, performance analytics, and app enhancements.

8. Data Collection and Privacy
Plannify AI records data on the user’s device and uses an analytics service to understand user actions and enhance the functionality and conversion of features.
- Data Sharing: Plannify AI does not share any user data with third parties.
- Data Retention: Users have full control over their data. When goals, habits, or similar items are deleted from the app, they are permanently erased from the user’s local device.For more details on our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
Cognify Apps provides Plannify AI "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding the app's functionality or effectiveness in achieving personal goals. The app and its AI features are intended as productivity aids, and users acknowledge that the app is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions or failure to meet personal goals.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Cognify Apps reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the Plannify AI website.
